Brain Spritz LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the MahjPahj™ mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

Game Data: We store your puzzle scores, streaks, and gameplay statistics locally on your device using on-device storage. This data is not transmitted to our servers.

Subscription Information: If you subscribe to Mahj Master, your purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information directly. We receive confirmation of your subscription status through RevenueCat, our subscription management service.

Device Information: MahjPahj does not directly collect device type or operating system information. RevenueCat, our subscription management service, may generate an anonymous app user ID as part of processing purchases.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the app experience
• Track your game progress and statistics locally
• Verify your subscription status
• Improve the app based on aggregate, anonymous usage patterns

Data Storage and Security

Your gameplay data is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain user accounts or store personal data on external servers. Subscription verification is handled through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat's secure infrastructure.

Third-Party Services

Our app uses the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store: For app distribution and in-app purchases
• RevenueCat: For subscription management and verification

These services have their own privacy policies governing the data they collect.

MahjPahj uses RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and verify purchases. RevenueCat may generate an anonymous app user ID and process purchase information to provide subscription access.

MahjPahj does not require account creation, does not collect names or email addresses, and does not currently use advertising or analytics SDKs.

Children's Privacy

MahjPahj is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
