Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the MahjPahj mobile application.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MahjPahj™, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

MahjPahj is a puzzle game that trains Mahjong passing strategy. The app offers daily puzzles, bonus puzzles, and additional gameplay features.

Free and Paid Features

Free users receive access to one daily puzzle and one replay per day. The "Mahj Master" subscription unlocks hints during game play and unlimited advanced puzzle play with access to Cha Cha mode for new and unique puzzles.

Subscription Terms

Mahj Master Subscription:

• Price: $0.99 per month or $9.99 per year (or current price displayed at time of purchase)
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

Intellectual Property

All content in MahjPahj, including but not limited to game design, graphics, text, and scoring systems, is owned by Brain Spritz LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

MahjPahj is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brain Spritz LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
